20. New Problems

Changes to the existing order often bring with them adverse effects. This section gives you the opportunity to examine and highlight any problems that the installation of the new product will create.

For example, there may be changes to the way that work is done, changes to interfaces with existing products, or changes to jobs that people currently do.

While it is not necessary to describe every facet of every change, you should use this section as an opportunity to alert your client to problems that he might possibly face.
