Sure, the title bar of the window has the name of the game, but it's important to clearly identify your game when it first starts up. In this way, a game is a lot like a movie in that it should present a title at the beginning. Unlike movies, however, titles in games are referred to as splash screens, and they can contain useful information such as a copyright notice and directions on how to play the game.
