3.1 Project Schedule (PS)

A display of project time allocation, the Project Schedule is usually represented by a Gantt chart. It should include task name, duration of task, start date, finish date, dependencies of tasks, predecessor tasks, and, while the project is underway, it is recommended that the software used show the percentages complete for each task. The Project Schedule must also adhere to the organizational Standard Definitions for Development Activities that are included in the project binder maintained by the SPMO. Figure 3.5 is a sample Gantt chart.
