China has explicitly agreed to eliminate all measures and practices that discriminate against foreign companies including:
all taxes and dual pricing systems that discriminate against foreign or foreign-invested companies;
restrictions on after sales services for imported products;
special pricing rules and profit ceilings imposed on imported pharmaceuticals ;
special licensing rules for retail outlets selling imported cigarettes;
special rules for the distribution and sale of imported spirits;
special registration procedures for imported chemicals;
differences in certification and inspection procedures for imported boilers and pressure vessels.
