An important part of any good PIM is tasks, which are used to keep track of well, tasks. To put it more casually, a task is something you need to accomplish. A task can be as simple as mowing the yard or as daunting as completing your first novel . Both projects share in common the need to be completed, hopefully within a certain predetermined time frame.

Your BlackBerry device provides the capability to manage and keep track of tasks efficiently . Not only is it helpful from an organization perspective to create a list of tasks, but the Tasks application on your device can remind you when a task is due and help you along the way to completing your tasks. If you're already accustomed to using tasks in a PIM client such as Microsoft Outlook, you'll be right at home using tasks on your device.
