1.	A. The administrators from the headquarters located in Chicago should be service administrators because they will be responsible for Active Directory and guaranteeing its availability.
2.	A. Even though the staff from the remote locations will be responsible for systems at those locations, they will not need to have Active Directory rights or permissions. If, at a later time, it is deemed necessary for the remote administrators to have rights and permissions, they can be delegated to them.
3.	A. There are no requirements for isolation of services or data within the design, so Insane Systems will be well served with a single forest, which makes administration easier.
