Keyboard ShortcutsMany users, myself included, use the mouse for everything ”sometimes out of habit and others times because it's the only way we know how to access the features. Using the keyboard is faster because you don't need to remove your hands from the keyboard and it's well worth the effort to learn the keyboard shortcuts. Many of these shortcuts work with the other Outlook items, so you need to learn only one set of shortcuts. Table 12.1 lists the keyboard shortcuts you'll use with Outlook's notes. Table 12.1.
