Framesets offer designers yet another option for laying out and structuring their sites. Personally, I thought framesets would be even more popular that they are. When designing with framesets, you have to keep in mind your target audience. Will their experience at your site suffer because of framesets' drawbacks? Will frames enhance their experience for ease of use and navigation? These are the questions you must ask yourself when planning out your site.
