Using the CD

To use this book’s companion CD, insert it in your computer’s CD-ROM drive. If Auto-Run is enabled on your computer, you’ll see the CD’s opening page. If AutoRun is not enabled on your computer, double-click the StartCD.exe in the root of the companion CD.
