How to Use this Book

The topics in this book have been structured so that your knowledge builds progressively as you go through each chapter. For this reason, it is better to read the book from front to back; some topics in later chapters may make more sense after you've read earlier chapters.

Aside from being a test preparation book, this book is also useful if you are brushing up on your Solaris networking skills as it provides a condensed volume of information. It is excellent as a quick reference to some of the most important aspects of the Solaris Operating Environment.
