Chapter 5. Viewing and Printing Your Documents

Word offers a wide assortment of options for changing the appearance of your document onscreen. If you type only simple letters and memos, you may never need to change these settings. However, if you create documents with sophisticated formatting, have trouble reading small print, or want to view different parts of a document or more than one document at the same time, you can tailor the view options to suit your preferences. And when you've finished typing your documents and like their appearance onscreen, you'll most likely want to print them out.
