Providing Additional Information About a Contact

Although you may not do a lot with the Details tab, you should be aware of it. You can use it to your advantage, particularly in cases where you need to recall personal information about a contact.

To view the Details tab, open any contact and click the Details tab. It's shown in Figure 16.7.
