Getting Back to Your Source Code

To get back into the program you just saved, you need to do the following:

  1. Return to Jamagic by clicking the Jamagic icon on your screen or by clicking Jamagic in the Programs portion of the Start menu.

  2. Select File from the upper-left corner.

  3. Select Open Project. You will see a screen like the one shown in Figure 3.4.

Figure 3.4: Getting back to your program.

  4. Highlight  Project1.3dj (your project) by clicking it and then clicking Open, or by simply double-clicking  Project1.3dj .

    Tip

To access your project more easily, you can select it directly from the bottom of the File menu. When you first click File, look at the bottom and you will see a list of the last few programs you ve been working on. In your case, assuming this is the first project you have created, there will only be one ”Project1 ”and you may simply double-click it to get right into the program.

  5. After selecting your project, you will once again be taken to a blank Jamagic screen like the one shown in Figure 3.3. To get at your source code again, simply double-click Sources, and single click the Source subfolder. You should now see your source code again.

Congratulations! You are now ready to begin your first program.
