This chapter first looked at some of the differences between the managed and unmanaged worlds that can help you to understand some of the COM Interop problems that can arise. Then it examined the debugging of COM Interop between a VB 6.0 component and its host VB .NET application followed by a VB .NET component hosted by a VB 6.0 application. Finally, you learned how to reduce problems caused by COM versioning problems when using VB .NET components from VB 6.0 applications.
