This list includes technical contributors as well as personal friends , family members , and HP management that gave invaluable assistance and support in many ways to make this book a reality. Walter Bruce ” Walt was our first contact with HP Books and helped us greatly in the early days of the proposal and provided much-needed assistance. We are not sure where Walt is now but we hope he sees this and knows we appreciate his efforts. Frank Blando ” Frank, a.k.a. "Mr. Cluster," authored Chapter 13 as well as the WMI section of Chapter 10. Frank's expertise is well known at HP and we are privileged to have his insight into high availability clusters in this book Carl Nadrowski ” Carl contributed to Chapters 6, 10, and 12 and provided countless hours of advise on technical content. His work is truly appreciated. Don Livengood ” Don, a recognized author of Exchange books for Digital Press, authored Chapter 12 on very late notice and provided an excellent chapter on Exchange migration to Exchange 2003. Thaddeus Fortenberry ” "Mr. VPN" provided us with expert advice in Chapter 14 on Remote Access Services. Thaddeus was heavily involved in the design and deployment of Compaq and now HP's VPN infrastructure, and we are appreciative of him sharing his experience in Chapter 14. Ann Lovell ” Ann is a member of HP Services Windows Enterprise Support Team and deals with Terminal Services on a regular basis. She authored Chapter 15 and provided insight into licensing issues. Technical Editors ” Without these folks, there would be no book:
