If needed, click the Mail option in the Outlook bar.
In the Outlook window, click Inbox under All Mail Folders.
The Inbox appears, featuring any e-mail messages you have received.
INTRODUCTION
The main starting point for sending and viewing e-mail is the Inbox, where you can view any messages you have received. You can select the Inbox from either the Favorite Folders or the All Mail Folders list.

Displaying the Preview Pane
You can choose to display a Preview pane that displays the header and partial contents of the selected message. To do so, open the View menu, choose Preview Pane , and specify where the Preview pane should be placed. This pane may already be displayed.
