The default view is Day view, showing a single day.
To view the work week (Monday through Friday), click the Work Week toolbar button. The main window changes to show Calendar entries for the entire work week.
To view the entire month, click the Month toolbar button. The main window changes to show Calendar entries for the entire month.
INTRODUCTION
To help you manage your schedule, you can change to other Calendar views. For example, suppose you want to see an overview of the week's events. In that case, you can choose to view either the work week (Monday through Friday) or the "regular" week (Monday through Sunday).

You can also use the View menu to change to a different calendar view. Click View and then select Day, Work Week, Week , or Month .

To view the seven-day week (Monday through Sunday), click the Week toolbar button. The main window changes to show Calendar entries for the entire seven-day week.
