Acknowledgments

I would like to thank the team at Sams Publishing for its ongoing support and guidance while writing this book. Special thanks to Shelley Johnston, who hired me as a technical editor and then one day asked if I wanted to write. Indeed I did! After six awesome years working together, Shelley is moving on, and I wish her every happiness.
