You can move around a document entry screen by using any of the following methods :
Press Tab to see how the cursor moves from field to field. You can Shift+Tab (press and hold Shift and then press Tab) to move back through the fields.
You can move to any specific field by clicking it.
Within a field, use the cursor left and right keys to move around in the text you create.
While typing in a field, you can use the Backspace or Delete key to remove characters . Backspace removes the character to the left of your cursor; Delete removes the one to the right.
You can also use function keys on SAP R/3 screens. You don't need to learn these keys because all the functions are available with the mouse. However, experienced users sometimes find it more convenient to use function keys.
To get a list of active function keys for a screen, press Ctrl+F. SAP R/3 displays the list of function keys (see Figure 3.5).
You can also call up this list by right-clicking anywhere on the SAP R/3 screen. (The list that appears varies from screen to screen, depending on what functions are available.) Click an item in the list to select it.
TIP
Keyboard Convenience
If you're using a laptop and don't want to bother with the mouse, you can use SAP R/3 from the keyboard. Activate the menus by pressing F10, use the cursor keys to highlight your selection, and then press Enter.
