You ‚ ve broken the value code and learned to identify, position, deliver, measure, and communicate value from your audience ‚ s perspective. Now it is time to complete step 12 of the financial value process. As you go through the work of identifying, positioning, delivering, measuring, and planning your value communication, your own insights plus changes in the world around you will necessitate periodic adjustments to your plan. Your communication needs to reflect these changes.
