There is a Concurrent Manager job that reports on how long Concurrent Programs actually take to run. You can use this report to segregate those programs that typically take a long time to run and assign those jobs to specialized Concurrent Managers so that those managers read only requests for those programs. The report runs with the optional parameters found in Table 12.3. If none of these parameters are specified, the report returns values for all completed concurrent requests. If there has not been a purge job run in a significant period, the report resulting from this report run with no parameters could be extensive.
Parameter | Description |
---|---|
Program Application Name | Application name associated with program whose requests you want to report on. |
Program Name | The program name whose completed request you want to report on. |
Username | Name of the user for whom you want to report on completed requests. If one particular user tends to submit particularly long running or number crunching intensive reports, assigning all reports run by that user to a specialized manager can help to distribute processing more evenly. |
Start Date | Start date for your report. |
End Date | End date for your report. |
