Mark Gallo is a technical manager with America Online where he leads a group of engineers responsible for the design and deployment of the domestic corporate intranet. His network certifications include Cisco CCNP and Cisco CCDP. He has led several engineering groups responsible for designing and implementing enterprise LANs and international IP networks. He has a bachelor's in electrical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. Mark resides in northern Virginia with his wife, Betsy, and son, Paul.

Mike Kisch is a senior manager at Cisco in charge of the development of Cisco's global Business Impact program including the development of financial models, best practices, and consulting programs. Mike leads a team that is dedicated to assisting customers in determining the value of their technology investments and building a compelling business case for new IT investments. His group has been involved in the development of over 5000 ROI analysis across a variety of technologies including IP telephony, unified messaging, contact center, network security, and storage networking. He is a frequent event speaker and his work on ROI has been published in several leading technology journals. Prior to joining Cisco, Mike worked in numerous general management, marketing, marketing research, and sales positions with Information Resources, Inc. (IRI), Kraft Foods, and Anheuser Busch. Mike has an undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin and a master's of business administration from Washington University. He can be reached at mkisch@cisco.com.

Branden Ritchey is a network consulting engineer for Cisco Systems. He has worked in voice communications and the VoIP technology for seven years. He is currently working with customers and partners in the planning, design, and implementation of large-scale IP communications networks. He also designs and develops IPT leading practices and deployment kits to be used in the field by Cisco Advanced Services, partners, and customers. He holds the Cisco certifications CCDA, CCNA, Cisco IP Telephony Design and Support Specialist, and he has Microsoft's MCSE. He is currently working towards his CCIE Voice Certification.
