Choose a location for the saved file. By default Elements puts the new version in the same location as the original you just worked from. JPEG is a common photo format and will work fine in our album project (see the extra bits, page 52). If you prefer, you can select a new file format from the drop-down menu. We'll work with Photoshop (.psd) format files later in this chapter. After you close the file in Editor, the Photo Browser thumbnail bears a version set icon, meaning this thumbnail represents a group of edited files. |
