Companion Web Site

I have developed a companion Web site specifically for this book, which you may reach at www.DMCinsights.com/phpmysql2 (Figure i.7). There you will find every script from this book, a text file containing lengthy SQL commands, and a list of errata that occurred during publication. (If you have problem with a command or script, and are following the book exactly, check the errata to ensure there is not a printing error before driving yourself absolutely mad.) At this Web site you will also find useful Web links, a highly popular forum where readers can ask and answer each other's questions (I answer many of them myself), and more!

Questions, comments, or suggestions?

If you have any questions on PHP or MySQL, you should turn to one of the many Web sites, mailing lists, newsgroups, and FAQ repositories already in existence. Appendix C, "Resources," lists the most popular of these options. If you need an immediate answer, those sources or a quick Web search will most assuredly serve your needs (in all likelihood, someone else has already seen and solved your exact problem).

You can also direct your questions, comments, and suggestions to me directly, via email, at: phpmysql2@DMCinsights.com. I do try to answer every email I receive, although I cannot guarantee a quick reply. Preference and more detailed responses will be given to emails directly pertaining to the content of the book itself; more prompt and thoughtful replies on other issues are best sought out through the mailing lists or the book's online reader forum.
