Creates local groups or modifies their membership.
net localgroup [ groupname [/comment:" text "] ] [/domain] net localgroup groupname {/add [/comment:" text "] /delete} [/domain] net localgroup groupname username [...] {/add /delete} [/domain]
Lists local groups on the server.
Shows the name of a group to create, delete, or modify the membership of.
Describes a group (up to 48 characters ).
If omitted, performs the command on the local computer (which must be a domain controller). To manage groups from a workstation, use this switch.
Adds or removes user account(s) from the group (separate with spaces).
Creates a new group or adds existing users to an existing group.
Deletes a group or removes users from a group.
List all local groups in the domain:

Create a new local group called Color Printers:

Add the Domain Users global group to the Color Printers local group:

List the members of Color Printers:

net localgroup can also be typed net localgroups .
Use double quotes around group names with embedded spaces, such as "domain users."
In the output of the command, an asterisk preceding a group name indicates that it includes both users and groups.
