About the Authors

Mitch Tulloch is the author of 10 books, including the Microsoft Encyclopedia of Networking, 1st Edition (Microsoft Press); Windows 2000 Administration in a Nutshell (O'Reilly and Associates); and Administering IIS4 (Osborne/McGraw-Hill). Mitch also has written articles for such magazines as NetworkWorld and manages the book reviews section of Swynk.com, an independent resource for administrators who work with Microsoft technologies.

Mitch holds B.Sc. and Cert.Ed. degrees from the University of Manitoba and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE). He has more than 20 years of experience teaching and training in technical subjects and currently works as an independent consultant and writer. Ingrid Tulloch is an experienced researcher who has contributed her skill and expertise to both the first and second editions of the Microsoft Encyclopedia of Networking.
