Now that you're becoming more comfortable (and hopefully confident) with the process of report building, the next chapter explores some of Crystal Reports' tools for further formatting the look and feel of your reports. By the end of the next chapter, you should understand the basics of the Crystal Reports program and be ready to move on to the more advanced report-writing techniques covered in Part II.
