This site also provides great "self-service support," as well as contact information via e-mail or telephone.

• Crystal Decisions User Group of North America (CDUGNA): www.cdugna.org. This is the largest Crystal Decisions user group in North America. The CDUGNA holds a conference once a year, which includes informative, interactive sessions regarding Crystal Decisions product futures, customer presentations, technical track information, vendor pavilions, hands-on training, and more.
