Queuing

[Previous] [Next]

Your BizTalk server should have a way of queuing messages so that it can move on to the next task. Remotely queuing messages is handy because it offloads the transmission details, but it requires a way to get status information back to the server. If, for example, a server sends a message to a queue and then moves on to the next task, the server has no idea whether the queuing mechanism was able to successfully deliver the package.
