Conventions Used in This Book

This book uses the following conventions:

• Constant Width represents display text, error messages, examples, email addresses, domain names, URLs, files, directories, host and domain names , and in-text references to syntax models.

• Constant Width Italics , in some code examples, indicates an element (for example, a parameter) that you must supply.

• In syntax examples, square brackets [] enclose optional items.
