Router MC Requirements

In a typical setup, Router MC is a client/server application. The actual Router MC application is installed on a server, and you use a client to access the server resident application.

• Server requirements ” The Router MC runs under Windows 2000 with SP2 and needs a minimum of a 1GHz CPU and 1GB of RAM. The hard disk should be a minimum of 9GB with 2GB for virtual memory. Also, FAT32 is supported, but NTFS is recommended.

• Client requirements ” The client can be running Windows 2000 with SP2, Windows 98, or Windows NT 4.0. A 300MHz CPU and 256MB of RAM are the minimum hardware requirements. For the hard disk, you need 400MB of virtual memory. Further, the Router MC runs with a browser, and you need Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6 or 5.5.
