Sharing Task Information with Others

If you are working on a project with a group , you might need to share information about tasks with other members of the group. You can send a task to someone else without actually assigning it to that person. To do this, open the Task dialog box, click the Actions menu, and then click Forward. A new e-mail message window opens with the task as an attachment.
