You might find it useful to print your contacts. You can print the information for one contact, selected contacts, or all your contacts. To print contact information, you first switch to the view you want to print. If you want to print only selected contacts, you select those contacts first, and then click the Print button on the Standard toolbar. You can choose a print style in the Print dialog box. For example, if you print the Address Cards style, you can choose to print the contacts as cards, as a booklet, as a memo, or as a phone directory. Print Information for Contacts -
