It's no secret in the music-production world (particularly at higher levels) that Logic is the best MIDI sequencer on the market. But its audio side is equally well developed, and there are features in Logic that you just plain won't find anywhere else. You'll appreciate the little things, like the Region Anchor (the point in the Region that ties it to Logic's time grid) and simple functions that match an audio loop's tempo to that of a song. You even have the ability to audition audio loops through any set of effects applied to any audio track in the Arrange window before you add the loops to your arrangement. These are the sorts of features that make Logic a quick and intuitive audio editor.

This lesson focuses on Logic's audio side, specifically. You will learn how to use the Audio window to organize and add Audio Regions to an arrangement. Along the way you will learn how to adjust Region boundaries, set Region Anchors, and also explore some interesting ways to work with tempo while editing audio in the Arrange window.
