You can see from Premiere's number of audio features and controls that focusing as much time on your audio is just as important as creating the highest-quality video for your project. Don't be afraid to experiment. There's always the Undo command to change back what you did if you don't like how something sounds. You'll never know what it can sound like unless you try.
