If two or more computers are connected via a networkand with the broad use of high-speed Internet connections, networks are becoming common even in homes these daysyou can share the music in your iTunes Library with other people on the network. They can listen to that music as if it was stored in their own Libraries. Of course, assuming other folks on your network are also generous, you can listen to music they share with you as well.

If you want to share your music even with non-computer devices, you can use AirTunes and an AirPort Express to do so.
