You can set up Microsoft Windows to recognize dates, times, and numbers entered in different languages automatically. After you've set up multilanguage support, you can configure Windows to handle regional issues the way you want. To enter regional settings for multilanguage support, follow these steps:
Choose Start, Control Panel.
In Control Panel, double-click Regional And Language Options.
Click the Regional Options tab, as shown in Figure B-1.

In the Location section, click the arrow, and then select your location. Click OK to close the Regional And Language Options dialog box.
