Changing Views


You can view your new database in two distinct ways. The default view, called the List view, makes your database look a little like a spreadsheet. As you can see in Figure 15.2, the rows are your records, and the columns are your fields.

The Form view, shown in Figure 15.3 lets you look at one record at a time. You can flip from one record to another by using the arrow keys at the bottom of the screen.

You switch views by using the view buttons on the Works Database toolbar or by pulling down the View menu and selecting either List or Form.
