VBScript is the Internet-optimized version of the broadly used Visual Basic for Applications programming language. It is a high-performance scripting language designed to help create active content on the Web. With VBScript, you can link and automate a wide variety of objects in Web pages, including Java applets and other ActiveX Controls.
