What If We Used Common Sense?


We sometimes tend to get a little wrapped up in the jargon of our trade: process frameworks, multiple inheritance, polymorphism, and the like. What would happen if we had to explain this stuff to "civilians"? In particular, how would our methods of estimating look to them? Roscoe Leroy gives us his slant on estimating.[1]
