Roscoe Admitted to Software Project Manager Fraternity

Based on this little exercise in figuring out how long an iteration should be, I deemed Roscoe competent enough to take on his first iterative development project. But I had a warning for him.

"Roscoe, listen up," I said. "You are going to find out that 'calling the shot' in software projects is incredibly slippery. If you come up with any ideas there, I'd be really glad to hear from you."
