The contents of this bibliography by no means represent an exhaustive list of references in the end user computing area. These, however, provide a cross-section of some of the significant research studies conducted in the areas of organizational commitments toward end user computing, business environments conducive to end user computing, and end user systems. This is true in spite of the fact that most of the research studies listed in the bibliography came from the chapters included in this book. We believe that these references will be immensely helpful to end user managers who are interested in using end user computing technology to help end users accept and understand information technology better.
