Introduction

Management issues tend to be of larger scale than business issues. Many management issues are often accepted as constraints. That is, they are treated as a fact of life and there is nothing that can be done. You just have to accept the situation. While you cannot change the situation, we feel strongly that you can take steps to mitigate the impact and effect upon the project.
