Monitoring Transactions

The Component Management Console supplies transaction monitoring facilities to aid administrators and developers in tracking transaction execution times and in balancing transaction loads across several servers. The Transaction List view provides a list of the indoubt transactions that are operating on the current machine. In-doubt transactions occur when some element of the transaction framework, such as a remote database, stops responding. You can right-click these problem transactions in the Transaction List to manipulate them. The Transaction Statistics view displays various important pieces of transaction information, including critical values such as response time figures and abort counters.
