Managing HTML frames and frame content
Validating HTML forms
Welcome back. Hopefully, you have had a good break and are ready for an afternoon full of learning. This afternoon you will learn about built-in browser objects and their properties and methods . By working with these objects, you will be able to create JavaScripts that can control browser navigation, browser window, and content.
Next you'll learn how to create scripts that can react to browser events. This will include learning how to react to events triggered when Web pages are loaded, as well as when visitors point and click their way around your Web site. By the time you make it through this information, you will have mastered all the basic building blocks of JavaScript programming.
You'll end the afternoon by learning how to use JavaScript to manage and control HTML frames and forms. This will include learning how to use JavaScript to load content into frames and to validate the content of forms that you create to collect information from visitors.
