This is a discussion of value. As I mentioned earlier, "the purpose of every product or service is to solve a problem or fill a need." More importantly, the bottom line on any product or service is that it should make the customer feel good. Feeling good is the object of every purchase whether it is a product or a service. Providing value to the customer ultimately makes them feel good.
