True! We all wish we had a million dollars. But recognition doesn’t have to cost a lot. Remember, it’s how you make people feel that is important. A stack of thank-you cards costs pennies. Certificates can be printed for next to nothing on a color printer. An e-mail to the boss or an announcement of achievement costs nothing! Get creative! The more you put into the idea, the more it will mean to those who receive it.
