JUST “WATCH” TURNOVER RATES FALL

On an employee’s 25th service anniversary with Avis, the company presents him or her with a Rolex watch. It is among the many reasons that an amazing 10 percent of Avis employees have been with the company for at least twenty years.

Says F.Robert Salerno, Avis president, “Beyond it being, I believe, a generous gesture, it also serves as a symbol of the reliability of both our employees and our rental car operations.”
