This chapter provided a basic introduction to the tools used to administer an Exchange Server 2003 organization. The primary tool you will use to administer Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 is the Exchange System snap-in for the Microsoft Management Console, which provides a graphical environment for configuring the various services and components of an Exchange organization. Within this snap-in, you work primarily with the property sheets of objects. Chapter 9 begins a series of chapters that look at specific aspects of Exchange administration. In it, you will learn how to create and manage the basic Exchange recipients.
