In this chapter, you learned about some coexistence issues between Exchange 5.5 and Exchange 2003. We discussed the SRS, the SCC, and the SRS databases. We also discussed the ADC service and planning issues surrounding the ADC, and illustrated how to install the ADC service. Finally, we outlined other coexistence issues, such as handling proxy addresses and foreign e-mail connections, and managing user data. This chapter also caps a three-chapter overview of migrations and updates. In the next chapter, we’ll turn our attention to the clients for Exchange Server 2003.
